The sicoma twin shaft concrete mixer won favor of customers for high mixing efficiency and long time wear resistance. The feeding is the first step of the mixing process, thus, to ensure the normal mixing process and quality, we have to obtain new feeding method to save cost and time, which also increase the working efficiency at the same time.



When feeding to the mixing drum, according to the traditional method:
(1)first load the sand, then add the stone and cement in sequence, and add water in time;
(2)first add some water and sand, then the stone, cement and the rest of the water are added;
(3)When feeding with the feeding hopper, all the materials should be fed into the mixing drum within 15 seconds according to the above sequence.
The above feeding method of sicoma concrete mixer can prevent the cement from sticking to the bucket wall, reduce the wear and increase the productivity, but the strength of the concrete is reduced, and the cement consumption is large.

Here is a new feeding method, it is the slurry wrapping method, which the cement slurry are mixed first to enhance the concrete strength. It must also be pointed out that the feeding capacity of the twin shaft concrete mixer should conform to the mechanical rating capacity, if it is too small, the productivity will be reduced; if it is too large, not only the load of the power machine will increase, but also the concrete slurry will overflow and the mixing efficiency will decrease. In addition, the new mixing material should not be loaded when the current concrete has not been completely discharged out of the sicoma twin shaft concrete mixer.
