The self loading concrete mixing machine is a special vehicle designed to transport and mix concrete on site. It is equipped with a self-feeding function, which allows raw materials (e.g. sand, stone, cement, etc.) to be added directly into the mixing drum for mixing at the construction site. The key component of self loading concrete mixer machine is the mixing device, which usually consists of one or more mixing arms with blades, and the mixing arms are driven to rotate through the transmission system, so that all kinds of raw materials are fully mixed in the mixing drum. The mixing drum itself can also rotate, and some models can reach 270 degrees of lateral rotation to facilitate unloading in any direction. Starting from feeding, watering and mixing, a tank of material can be churned out every 12 minutes on average, i.e., an average of 5 tanks of material is produced per hour. Taking the example of a 5m3 self loading concrete mixer, it can finish mixing one tank of material every 12 minutes on average, with a maximum capacity of producing about 20 cubic meters of concrete per hour. If calculated on the basis of 8 to 10 hours of work per day, the daily production of concrete can reach between 160 and 200 cubic meters, and such a production capacity is very efficient for small and medium-sized projects. The working principle of self loading concrete mixing machine mainly relies on its advanced control system and mixing equipment. The mixing equipment mainly consists of mixing cylinder, hydraulic tank, cooling water tank, water pump, drainage belt brush, water filling port and hopper. Among them, the mixing cylinder is the core component in the self-feeding mixer truck, which is a circular container with large volume, welded by steel plate, and its internal plates are evenly distributed to provide more support surface for mixing and increase the mixing strength. When working, raw materials such as water, cement, sand and stone are loaded into the mixing cylinder, which is filled with cement according to a certain proportion, and then the mixing machinery is started so that the materials in the mixing cylinder are rotated and stirred. Water can be added as needed during the mixing process. In addition, the vehicle also uses the hydraulic motor to drive the oil pump to run, supplying oil to each branch cylinder through the oil pipe, pushing the piston rod to make the mixing arm extend and retract, and at the same time, the control valve opens the return port to unload, so as to realize the function of automatic material loading. When you need to stop working, close the return port to unload. When the work is finished or after cleaning, cut off the main power switch, you can manually unload and clean up the residual materials.
