Ready mix concrete batch plant are used more and more widely. In the use of ready mix concrete plants, not only should we pay attention to the safe use, but also pay attention to the problems during the construction of the mixing plant. So, what issues should be paid attention to in terms of construction technology of ready mix concrete batch plants?

1, The installation of the ready mix concrete batch plant should be carried out by professionals according to the factory instructions, and should be organized and debugged under the auspices of technicians. It can only be put into production and use after all technical performance indicators meet the regulations and pass the acceptance.
2, Pre-operation inspection items should meet the following requirements:
(1), There is no foreign matter stuck in the mixing drum and the transmission and moving parts of each supporting mechanism, as well as the warehouse door, bucket door, track, etc.;
(2), The oil level height of each lubricating oil tank meets the regulations;
(3), Open the valve to discharge the excess water in the gas-water separator in the gas circuit system, and open the drain plug of the gas storage tank to release the oil-water mixture;
(4), The wire rope installation and drum winding of the lifting bucket or dragline are correct, the wire rope and pulley meet the regulations, and the brakes of the lifting bucket and dragline are sensitive and effective;
(5), The bolts of each part have been tightened, the inlet and discharge valves have no excessive wear, the tension of each conveyor belt is appropriate, and there is no deviation;
(6), All control and display parts of the weighing device are working normally, and their accuracy meets the requirements;
(7), Each electrical device can effectively control the mechanical action, and there is no obvious damage to each contact point and dynamic and static contacts.
3, Qualified sand and stone aggregates should be prepared according to the technical performance of the concrete batching plant, and those whose particle size exceeds the permitted range shall not be used.
4, Each part of the unit should be started gradually. After starting, the operation of each component and the indication of each instrument should be normal, and the pressure of oil and gas should meet the requirements before starting work.
5, During the operation, personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the storage area and under the lifting bucket.
6, The cover of the mixing drum should be covered before starting. During the operation of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to put hands and feet into the hopper or the mixing drum to explore.
7, When the dragline is stuck by an obstacle, it is not allowed to pull it up forcibly, and it is not allowed to use the dragline to lift heavy objects. During the process of pulling materials, it is not allowed to rotate.
8, Do not stop the concrete mixer when it is fully loaded. When a failure or power failure occurs, immediately cut off the power supply, lock the switch box, clean the concrete in the mixing drum, and then troubleshoot or wait for the power to recover.
9, The machinery of the ready mix concrete batch plant shall not be overloaded; the operation of the motor shall be checked, and when the operating sound is abnormal or the temperature rise is too high, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection; when the voltage is too low, it shall not be forced to run.
10, Before the main machine of the ready mix concrete batch plant - the forced concrete mixer is shut down, it should be unloaded first, and then all switches and pipelines should be closed in order. All the cement in the spiral tube should be conveyed out, and no material should remain in the tube.
11, After operation, the mixing drum, discharge door and discharge hopper should be cleaned and washed with water, and the additive and its supply system should be rinsed at the same time. The knife seat and knife edge of the weighing system should be cleaned, and the weighing accuracy should be ensured.
12, In the freezing season, the water in the water pump, additive pump, water tank and additive tank should be exhausted, and the water pump and additive pump should be started to run for 1-2 minutes.
13, When the ready mix concrete batch plant is transferred or stopped, the materials in the water tank, additive box, cement, sand, stone storage hopper and weighing hopper should be drained and cleaned.
