1. The meter and indicator signal are accurate and reliable. The console of the js concrete mixer should be covered with rubber plate or dry wood board. The transmission organization, working equipment, brakes, etc. should be fastened and secured to ensure normal operation.
2. Empty work, check the direction of rotation of the mixing drum or mixing blade, and operate, brake of each working equipment should be normal before working. When the hopper is raised, it is forbidden to work or walk under it. The bottom of the pit should be provided with a bolster for the hopper. When arranging the pit, it is necessary to fasten the hopper with a chain.
3. When feeding, it is forbidden to extend the head or hand between the hopper and the frame. During work, no hand or thing should be inserted into the mixing drum to discharge. Aggregate specifications should be consistent with the function of the js concrete mixer, and should not be used beyond the scale.
4. In the work, if the problem cannot be sustained, the power should be blocked immediately and the concrete in the mixing drum should be removed.
5. Feeding into the mixing drum of the mixer should be carried out during the work; it is necessary to unload the original concrete in the concrete mixer js series before adding the new material. Do not stop at halfway or start the mixer at full load.
6. After work, the materials and water in the machine, in the water tank, and in the pipeline should be drained in time, and the maintenance machinery should be cleaned, the work site should be cleaned, the power supply should be blocked, and the electric lock box should be locked. After the work, the high quality js concrete mixer should be completely cleaned. If the operator needs to enter the cylinder for cleaning, it is necessary to block the power supply, set up a special person to monitor, or remove the fuse and lock the switch box before entering. After work, the hopper should be lowered into the hopper pit, and if it is to be raised, the chain should be fastened.
