The dry mobile concrete mixing plant is not equipped with a central mixer, and the concrete mixing tank truck is used for mixing during transportation. When the dry mobile concrete batching plant is working, each system sends the weighed aggregate, cement, fly ash, etc. into the storage hopper, and then loads the materials into the transportation tanker through the storage hopper, and then loads it into the concrete transit mixer for water and other additives, the concrete mixer truck controls the rotation of the tank at a speed of at least 70 revolutions per minute to achieve the purpose of mixing.
 

The main difference between dry mobile concrete plant and wet mobile concrete mixing plant is that the function of mixing concrete is transferred from the central mixer on the mixing plant to the transit mixer. In this case, the initial investment cost of the mobile concrete mixing plant will be reduced, but the dry mobile concrete batching plant has higher requirements for transport tankers. Dry mobile concrete batching plant is responsible for proportioning, weighing, and adding water as required. It does not have the mixing function. The concrete production and mixing process are completed in the mixing tank of the concrete mixer truck. Therefore, dry concrete mixer trucks require the inner wall of the mixing barrel to be more wear-resistant, the mixing structure more reasonable, and the control system more complicated.
