The dry batch concrete plant is not mixed with water, the mixer system only all aggregates material, and then mixed with water by concrete mixer truck. Dry concrete refers to the concrete without any mixed water. It is a kind of concrete which is made of cement as cementitious material, sand and stone as aggregate and mixed with water (including admixture) in a certain proportion. It is widely used in civil engineering.

The raw sand is first dried in the dryer, and then transported to the material tank by the elevator for standby after the water content is qualified. After that, the batching system will weigh different materials such as sand, fly ash, cement, additives, etc. and then send them to the concrete mixer of the dry batch concrete plant for full mixing. The dry concrete materials after mixing will be sent to the finished product tank. The mixing process is completed in the mixing tank of the mixer, which has the characteristics of low cost, easy installation, easy use, high production efficiency, economic saving and strong universality.

The weighing system is accurate in measurement, fast in response and stable in performance. It has the functions of automatic correction and compensation of drop, over difference setting, over difference alarm, over difference shutdown, etc. to further enhance its performance stability.
