1, Chassis and the concrete mixing machine
The concrete mixing machine of the mobile concrete batching plant is consist in the chassis. The chassis includes a trailer truck tractor pin, parking legs, metering placed in the mixer, cement admixture and water, attached surrounding inspection walkway and railing.
2, Control room
The control room of the concrete mobile batching plant is arranged at the bottom of the chassis, built-in automation control system, when the whole batching plant is under operation state, the control room is used as a support point, when transition, the control room can be kept the inner retainer space.
3, Concrete mixer
JS forced twin shaft concrete mixers are usually use as the concrete mixing machine for YHZS series portable concrete batching plant to quickly and evenly stir to complete the fluid dry or wet concrete.
4, Concrete batching machine
The concrete batching machine is used to weighing and mixing the aggregate (sand, stone) by storage hopper, the hopper grid can be divided into 2 or 4, and provide increased convex sheet storage capacity.
5, Belt conveyor
The belt conveyor is connected to the chassis frame of a mainframe and the aggregate batching machine, and the internal belt makes the main frame and the belt combined together as the primary structure of the entire concrete mobile batching plant.
6, Peripheral components
The cement silos and screw conveyors, the cement silos are used for storage of cement powder, and the screw conveyor are used for transit the cement from cement silo to concrete mixer.
