Types of Stationary Concrete Plant
Stationary concrete plant is the equipment used to produce concrete, which is usually used in large-scale construction projects, infrastructure construction and other occasions.
Stationary concrete plant can be divided into many types according to different classification standards, mainly including the following:
1. Classified according to production capacity:
- Small stationary concrete plant: the production capacity is generally 25-50 cubic meters per hour, which is suitable for small projects and ready-mixed concrete plants.
- Medium-sized stationary concrete plant: the production capacity is 50-100 cubic meters/hour, suitable for medium-sized projects.
- Large-sized stationary concrete plant: the production capacity is more than 100 cubic meters/hour, suitable for large infrastructure construction and large-scale construction projects.
2. Classified according to the feeding method:
- Belt conveyor stationary concrete plant: adopts belt conveyor to transport various raw materials (such as cement, sand, stone, etc.) from batching machine to mixer. This method is suitable for large-scale production and can realize high production efficiency. It is suitable for large-scale stationary concrete batching plants and infrastructure construction projects, especially when large quantities of concrete are required.
- Skip hopper stationary concrete plant: A bucket elevator is used to elevate the raw materials from the concrete batching machiner to the mixer. This method has the advantage of a small footprint and compact structure. It is suitable for small and medium-sized stationary concrete mixing plants, especially in sites or plants with limited space.
3. Classified by mixer type:
- Twin-shaft concrete mixer (JS series): such as JS500, JS750, JS1000, etc. It has high efficient mixing performance and better uniformity, and is suitable for most of the concrete mixing plants.
- Single-shaft concrete mixer: mainly used in small-scale mixing plant, suitable for projects with low requirements on mixing quality.
4. Categorized by environmental characteristics:
- Environmentally friendly stationary concrete plant: equipped with waste water recycling system, dust collection device, etc., it complies with environmental regulations and reduces the impact on the environment.
- Traditional stationary concrete plant: not specially designed with environmental protection facilities, which may have some impact on the environment.
5. Categorized by function:
- Ready-mixed concrete mixing plant: specialized in producing ready-mixed concrete and providing concrete products in a variety of ratios.
- Construction site concrete mixing plant: usually set up at the construction site, providing concrete directly for construction, suitable for large-scale construction projects.
6. Categorized by structural form:
- Modular concrete mixing plant: adopts modular design, easy to transport and install, suitable for projects that require frequent change of construction sites.
- Traditional stationary concrete batching plant: The structure is relatively fixed, suitable for projects with long-term use.
