There are many types of concrete batching plants on the market, ready mix concrete plant, engineering, automatic, mobile and stationary concrete batching plant. Why there are so many types of concrete mixing plants? What are the classifications?



(1) Ready mix concrete plant and engineering concrete batching plant
This is categorized according to the purpose of the produced concrete. In general, ready mix concrete plants are used in a wide range of applications and can be used in engineering needs of different sites. The concrete produced is circulated like commodities. The purpose of the concrete produced by the engineering concrete mixing plant is relatively simple. It is used in a certain project and generally has limited productivity.

(2) Mobile concrete batching plant and stationary concrete batching plant
This is based on the structure of the concrete mixing plant. Generally, it is determined by the construction environment of the batching plant that the construction site produces concrete multi-purpose mobile concrete batching plant. In the fixed area, the stationary concrete mixing plant is used.

(3) Semi-automatic and fully automatic concrete batching plant
This is based on how the concrete mixing plant works. The main difference between the two is that the batching plant control system works differently. Generally, the semi-automatic concrete batching plant is mostly small in production capacity and less in production tasks; the fully automatic concrete batching plant has high production capacity requirements.

(4) Single-stage mixing station and double-stage concrete batching plant
This is based on the process layout of the concrete mixing plant. The single-stage batching plant raises sand, stone, cement and other materials to the roof silo at one time. The various materials are made into concrete mix and load according to the process, which has high productivity and relatively high investment. For double-stage batching plant, the mixing materials need to be upgraded twice, and the production efficiency is low, but the disassembly and assembly is convenient and the investment is relatively small.

(5) Periodic and continuous concrete batching plant
This is based on the type of concrete batching plant operation. The feed and discharge system of the periodic mixing plant is cycled at a certain cycle. The feed and discharge system of the continuous mixing plant is continuous; the cycle type is currently commonly used.

(6) Small, large and medium concrete batching plant
This is based on the production scale of the concrete mixing plant. General small concrete batching plants include HZS25, HZS35, HZS50, HZS60 and other models. Large and medium concrete mixing stations include HZS75, HZS90, HZS120, HZS180, HZS240 and other models. The difference between large and medium-sized concrete mixing plants is mainly in production efficiency and production capacity. etc.
