The dust removal device is one of the auxiliary equipment that must be installed in each stationary concrete plant. However, there are differences in the dust removal devices installed in different types of stationary concrete batching plant. For example, the differences between engineering concrete plant and commercial concrete plant are as follows.
 
1. The dust removal device of engineering stationary concrete plant
The main dust-removing device of the engineering stationary concrete batching plant is a soft connecting pipe between the upper cover of the concrete mixer and the powder scale, so that the space connecting gas is not discharged before and after the powder is feeding, and the air evacuation and pressure release facilitates smooth feeding. The aggregate feeding device can be set as a flap discharge valve, which is especially suitable for the control program of cement feeding after the aggregate feeding. The belt head cover can also be set to achieve the purpose of conveying removing dust. These devices achieve good dust protection in engineering batching plants.
2. The dust removal device of commercial stationary concrete plant
For the commercial batching plant with the main body closed, in order to obtain a better working environment and environmental protection indicators, a special dust removal device is often used. The dust removing device is composed of dust collector, filter and vibration motor, and is connected with an exhaust port of the upper cover of the mixer, the upper space of the powder scale and the belt head cover. The dusty air is fed into several bag filters made of non-hygroscopic materials, and the dust is reduced by bag filtration, and the gas velocity is gradually lowering from bottom to top in the dust collector, reaching the minimum at the exhaust port of the dust collector, the dust will not leave the dust collector, and the dust will fall back when the instantaneous pressure of the gas at the end of the feed disappears or an instantaneous negative pressure is formed in the mixer discharge drum. The dust adhering to the filter cloth can be cleaned by means of a vibration motor to avoid clogging the filter holes, and the dust after the cleaning is returned or collected separately.
