1, Feeding system
The brake motor drives the reel to rotate through the reducer. The wire rope pulls the hopper through the pulley to climb up along the rail of the loading rack. When it rises to a certain height, a pair of rollers above the bucket door at the bottom of the hopper enters the water rail of the loading rack, and the bucket door opens automatically. The material enters the mixing drum through the feed nozzle.
 
2, Mixing system
The concrete mixer mixing system consists of a pulley, a reducer, an open gear, an electric motor, a mixing drum mixing device and an oil supply device. There is a special sealing device at the joint of the mixing shaft and the two ends of the mixing drum. In order to ensure the sealing quality, a special oil supply device is installed on the end surface of the mixing drum.
 
3, Unloading system
The unloading system is composed of unloading door, air pump, reversing valve, air distribution valve, air cylinder, electrical and other mechanisms. The unloading door is installed at the bottom of the mixer, and pneumatic unloading is realized through the air cylinder. The seal of the discharge door can be ensured by adjusting the position of the sealing strip.
 
4, Fuel supply system
The main oil circuit system of the concrete mixer accessories is mainly to supply oil when the concrete mixer is working, to help the flexible operation of the machine.
