The process of mobile concrete batch plant automatic control is metering conveying feeding mixing discharging. Each process link is completed by corresponding equipment components. 1. Chassis of the main engine: the chassis of the mixing main engine is in the form of cantilever, which includes the traction pin of the towing truck and the parking leg; the measurement scale of the mixer, cement and water admixture is placed on the chassis; the surrounding is equipped with the inspection walking platform, handrail, etc.
2. Control room: the control room is at the bottom of the chassis of the mobile concrete bathing plant, which is equipped with the full-automatic control system of the concrete batch plant. The control system is the same as that of the stationary concrete batch plant. In the working state, the control room serves as the front support point of the whole batching plant. During the transfer transportation, the control room is folded up and stored in the air in the bracket; all control lines do not need to be disassembled.
3. Aggregate batching and metering: this system is located at the back end of the whole station, and the upper part is aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper, which can be divided into 2 or 4 grids. A heightening plate is set to increase the storage capacity, and the pneumatic door is opened in turn. Aggregate metering is a multiple material cumulative metering method.
4. Belt conveyor frame: the frame is a truss structure connecting the chassis of the main machine and the aggregate batching frame, and is equipped with a belt frame;
5. Peripheral parts: they are cement bin and screw conveyor. The peripheral parts are integral parts no matter in operation or transportation, so they can be transported and disassembled as a whole without disassembly.
