concrete batching plant cylinder failure

(1) within the cylinder and external leakage, the reason is because of the piston rod installation eccentricity, lack of lubricant supply, seals and seal rings are worn or damaged and impurities within the cylinder and piston rod which caused injuries. we need to check the center position of the piston rod and lubricator reliability, timely removal of impurities within the cylinder; when injuries on the piston rod, you should get a new member.

(2) lack of cylinder output force and action is not smooth, we need to check if the piston or piston rod is stuck, poor lubrication, insufficient amount of gas, or condensate and impurities within the cylinder. It should be adjusted to the center position of the piston rod; reliability lubricator work; supply line is blocked, and it should be promptly removed the cylinder condensate and impurities.

(3) cylinder cushioning the adverse effect, and it is generally due to a buffer ring worn or damaged adjustment screws, replace the seal and adjustment screw.

(4) the piston rod and the cylinder head is damaged, and it is usually because of the piston rod installation eccentricity or buffering mechanism does not work, and we should adjust the center position of the piston rod, if necessary, replace the buffer ring or adjusting screws.
