1, Aggregate weighing

2, Powder weighing
①The weighing of cement also adopts the cumulative weighing method, that is, adding cement one by one into the same hopper for superimposed weighing, which has a simple structure and low cost;
②Powder admixtures should not adopt cumulative weighing method to avoid chemical changes. Generally, admixtures are equipped with two weighing devices.

3, Liquid weighing
The liquid weighing system of the concrete batching plant includes the weighing of water and liquid admixtures, including the liquid delivery pump, the liquid delivery pipeline, the weighing bucket and the butterfly valve, as well as the weighing bucket bracket and the weighing bucket restraining device. The bucket bracket is arranged around the weighing bucket, one end of the anti-swing device is connected to the weighing bucket, and the other end is connected to the weighing bucket bracket for restraining the swinging amplitude of the weighing bucket.
