Discharge gate consists of door body, cylinder, and proximity switch. When it is in automatic operation, it will generally be set fully open, fully closed, half-open three states. Worked by leading high-pressure to gas cylinders, and cylinder drive lever will make the door bearing rotate around the body to opening and closing purposes.

Replace the discharge door steps are as follows:

1, turn off the concrete mixing machine

(1) Maintenance switch to "off" position, and with a key lock;

(2) Safekeeping keys, without permission will be allowed to use;

(3) Warning signs will be labeled "under maintenance" which shold be hanging on the inspection switch;

(4) Shutdown process of rotating parts is complete.

2, demolition is always carried down.

3 Remove the bottom of the mixer’s discharge hopper to make it rotate downward.

4 remove the discharge gate drive parts.

5 enhance the Gang cable wrapped around the left and right hinge axis.

6, Remove bearing couplings and down discharge door.

7 Remove the stirred tank seals and wear bushing, cleaning the bearing surface.

8, and put on the new discharge door.

9, the installation procedure is same with removing, but in reverse order.

10, fitted with new seals and wear bushings.

11, Ensure the discharge door is rotating flexible situation.

Tools required: screwdriver, adjustable wrench, hex wrench
