The working quality of the concrete mixing plant is evaluated according to the performance of the fresh concrete. In the actual production process, the batching plant prepares the concrete according to the design mix ratio and mixing time, so whether the accurate mix ratio and sufficient actual mixing time is critical to the performance of the concrete. Through the construction site inspection, it is found that the actual water discharge time is usually too long. Under a fixed stirring time, the excessive water discharge time reduces the mixing time between water and other materials, which will adversely affect the performance of the concrete. At present, the water unloading at the concrete batching and mixing plant is usually carried out by means of a water pump. The water discharge time can be adjusted by selecting a larger water pump and designing the water spray pipe in the mixer cover.
