1. All workers in the commercial concrete batching plant must wear safety helmets and dust masks as required, and the mechanical workers must be certified.
2, the concrete batching plant should be carefully checked before the operation. After the starting, the working conditions of each component and the surface indication status should be normal, and the pressure of oil, gas and water should meet the requirements for preliminary work.
3. When the commercial concrete batching plant is working, stop the non-workers from entering the production area, and stop the personnel from entering under the storage area. The cover of the concrete mixer should be covered before starting. In the mechanical operation, stop the hand and foot from reaching the hopper or the mixer.
4. The concrete mixer should not stop when it is fully loaded. When there is problem or power failure, the power should be blocked immediately, the switch box should be locked, the concrete in the mixing drum should be cleaned, then the defects should be checked or the power should be restored. All machinery shall not be overloaded, the working condition of the motor shall be checked. When it is found that the operation sound is abnormal or the temperature rise is too high, it shall be stopped immediately. If the voltage is too low, it shall not be forced to work. Before the concrete mixer is stopped, it should be unloaded first, then the switches and pipelines should be closed. All the cement in the spiral pipe should be transported out, and no material should remain in the pipe.
5. After the operation of the commercial concrete batching plant for sale, the mixing drum, the discharge door and the discharge hopper should be clean washed with water, and the additive and its supply system should be washed together. During the freezing season, the water in the water pump, additive pump, water tank and additive tank should be drained, and the pump and additive pump should be started for 1-2 minutes.
