Second, The upgrading and transformation of concrete batching plant machine are mainly aimed at commercial concrete batching plants. Generally, engineering concrete batching plants are purchased to meet the maximum quantity when selecting models. Therefore, the number of engineering concrete batching plants to upgrade is relatively small, while commercial concrete batching plants are upgraded. Usually, 120 concrete mixing stations are upgraded to 180 concrete mixing stations, and 180 concrete mixing stations are upgraded to 240/270 concrete mixing stations. There are many combinations during the upgrade. According to the newness of the concrete mixing station, part of the upgrade will replace the mixer on the basis of the original steel structure, and the weighing bucket should be used accordingly. Increase, the cost of this method is relatively small, and it is mainly based on on-site reconstruction. This kind of reconstruction is usually mainly based on equipment with a short service life of concrete batching plants produced by large factories. The original steel structure can fully bear the load of a higher level. However, for the mixing plant of the small factory and the station with a longer life, the safety factor is small, the platform is small or the corrosion is serious. Some concrete batching plant equipments are replaced by local parts, some directly replace the batching silo, directly replace the main building, replace the conveyor, etc. Of course, the ones that can be kept as much as possible can save less cost, especially the cement silo as much as possible.
