The concrete mixing machine is the console of concrete batch plant equipment, so the maintenance of concrete mixer is also the key point in the total maintenance work. Without the concrete mixer, the concrete batch plant can not work, so it is necessary to maintain the concrete mixer. For the maintenance staff of concrete mixing plant, we need to do the following.
1, The gearbox of the concrete mixer is put into operation for 50 hours for the first time. The lubricating oil needs to be replaced. After that, the gearbox oil should be replaced every 1000 hours or at least half a year. The oil pump needs to check daily whether the grease actually reaches the shaft head.
2, After one cycle work of batch plant for sale, the mixture residue should be removed, and the mixing shaft, mixing arm and mixing blade should be cleaned. When manual cleaning is carried out, it is forbidden to remove the residue of the mixture with a hammer, because the violent impact will break the mixing blade.
3, When the clearance of each part of the concrete mixer is greater than 8mm, the clearance should be adjusted to 3mm by adjusting the blade or replacing the wearing parts.
