1, The aggregate measurement of the automated concrete batching plant is carried out by the aggregate silo unloading and entering the aggregate weighing hopper for measurement. The measurement device automatically weighs various materials required for a single mixing according to the value set on the control computer.

2, After the measurement is completed, it is unloaded to the running belt and sent to the waiting bin on the upper part of the mixer by the belt conveyor for the next step.

3, While weighing the aggregate in the automatic concrete batching plant, the screw conveyor transports the cement powder to the weighing hopper for weighing. The water in the reservoir is pumped to the weighing bucket, and the admixture also has a water inlet device.

4, The measurement of materials is automatically carried out by the operation of the control device. After the measurement of the material is completed, the control device sends an instruction to send the material into the concrete  mixer according to the established order, and then the host starts to mix the material. After the set mixing time, the materials are mixed evenly to form concrete.

5, After the production is completed, open the door of the unloading bin of the concrete mixer, and unload the finished concrete into the concrete truck. Later, the next production cycle of the automated concrete batching plant is carried out, and the process is the same as above.
