Silo working principle of concrete batching plant

First, the composition

Cement silo (cement tank)  of ready mixed concrete batching plant consists of the following components: Steel warehouse body parts, ladders, guardrails, feeding tube, filter, pressure relief valve, high and low level gauge, discharge valves, etc.

Second, the structure

Cement silo (cement tank) is a cylindrical structure, the bottom of the tube is supported by four legs to support the entire body positions, and the whole warehouse is full of steel, welded; while the top part has duster and pressure relief valve.

Third, the principle

1, when the cement silo (cement tank) of concrete mixing plant works, it must be performed by a dedicated crane to erect, and then put into a pre prefabricated concrete foundation, and check if the cement silo (cement tank) is erected after the vertical and horizontal degrees. Then finally make the bottom of the base be firmly embedded welding.

2, After storage silos is fixed, the cement will be transported by the bulk cement truck to the site, and then make the bulk cement truck delivery pipe and input pipe connected. Cement will be transported to the cement silo tank cement (cement tank) inside by gas pressure of bulk cement truck.

3, in the process of transporting cement to storage silos inside, the operator must press the uninterrupted button of dust vibration motor, shake off the dust bag of cement to prevent blocked bags, warehouse explosion occurred.

4, Once the bag of commercial concrete batching plant is blocked, the pressure inside exceeds the warehouse roof safety pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve will open positions within the release pressure and prevent warehouse explosion accident.

5, by checking the level of material position，it can be observed if it is in full and the lack of material warehouse.

6, when it needs to discharge, firstly we need to open the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone, and then through the cement delivery device to transfer cement. In the discharge process, if there is "bagging" phenomenon, press the button on the timely arch breaker solenoid valves were blowing, eliminating the "bagging" in feeding, to ensure smooth supply of cement.

7, when the cement delivery device fails, first turn off the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone to prevent cement spills, resulting in waste.
