Nine essential safety measures for concrete batching plant

First, for  installation of small and medium sized commercial ready mixed concrete batching plant , all lines must be properly placed to prevent crushing or damaging during work, resulting in an accident, after one class for the new machine, we need to check  the fastening bolts and each wire rope clips screen.

Second, we should always check the console for each main switch button, and accuracy and reliability of indicator light.

Third, before interior repair inspection, maybe we need to switch off the air, and designate a person to guard, to prevent the release of accidents.

Fourth, during working, it was not allowed to stop machine, if there is black out, we need to try our best to press outlet material button to make materials be out, and then prevent to be fixed.

Fifth, people can not be alloed in the working place or materials outlet place.  

Six, we should always check the hopper lifting upper and lower limit switches to be sure they  are safe and reliable.

Seven, the foundation must consider drainage, and no water.

Eight, when the small commercial concrete batching plant works, no person should enter orbit hopper lifting or standing at the track, when you must enter the hopper, you  should be raised to a safe place, and to live with safety rope to ensure safety.

Nine, as the unit is installed above the surrounding buildings, lightning protection facilities should be located.
