Methods of building concrete batching plant

Well, after we buy the ready mixed concrete batching plant, the next important thing must be building or installation. And the host of mixing plant and feeding proportioning system should be set according to the project duration, total amount of concrete, and the daily dosage of concrete and other indexes, it's appropriate to meet the daily maximum concrete dosage;

This continous concrete batching plant has different parts, it includes feeding material system and conveyor and mixer, cement silo and concrete mixer truck to deliver. the general engineering can only set a production line, but a large and important project should be set two production lines, parallel arrangement which can ensure the uninterrupted supply of concrete for the project; well, a project can only set a modular concrete mixing plant, we can also set mobile concrete batching plant according to the partition, or set a large type concrete mixing plant and set appropriate amount of concrete transport car, and we should also depend on the actual situation.

Secondly, the materials, i mean the stone and sand or cement. We need to feed these materials according to the project duration to get the perfect concrete. the feeding is equipped with loading vehicle and sand were stacked neatly; the site should harden, convenient for loading and prevent dirt and other debris entering into the material.

Thirdly, it is necessary to have 1-2 pools which can promise the cleaning requirements of concrete mixing and mechanical. And for cement silo, there need to have 2 more silos. Finally, as for delivering the concrete, we can use concrete pump to deliver concrete.
