We all know that cement silo plays an important role in commercial concrete batching plant, but there is always some problems in windy day. Like the pillar strength damage, overturning failure and slip failure and so on. About these problems, we have some anti-wind measure of cement silo to protect ready mixed concrete batching plant and save cost.

First, the base decide the building. So if we want to have a great cement silo, we need to have a great foundation. And it also needs to adopt pile foundation design, double mesh reinforcement with more than 2m for thickness.

Second, as for legs and welding for cement silo. 1.the leg needs to be in concrete which has more than 2m for foundation, and the material needs to use 16# steel to protect its stability. And for welding, we need to make sure that it has more than 50cm for welding.

Third, the foundation of this concrete mixing plant needs to design with length 15m, width 4m, and deep 4m is used under the pile.
