Concrete pump, as one of the small type concrete conveying pump, has many characters, like the high practice, efficiency and safety, and this brings great change to the houses construction industry. But it also has some bad insecurity factors, shortage of labor and increases of floor height.

But for customers who were used to work dependent concrete mixer, they may not good at using this kind of machine, so we need to operate this machine carefully with these following tips:

1. if we press outlet button when the system of concrete mixer were in mixing situation, it will result in electrical control box burned. It only needs, like 40 seconds from mixing materials and discharging and conveying for pump. Well, this great feature can satisfy the efficiency and we also need to take it easy.

2. Mixing System rack can not be left floating. When the hopper has full materials, it will cause the high pressure to conveying frame, and it will make the hopper be out of shape. So we need to make it be stable.

3. After we finish working, we need to clean the concrete pump to avoid ordinary working.
