Control system using skills of concrete mixing plant 

The horizontal ready mixed concrete batching plant depends on automatic system to finish production systems of concrete mixing plant.

The rotation speed of the mixing drum of concrete mixer’s control system and a concrete mixer pump agitation to reduce the volatility of the mixing tube rotation speed, thereby it can improve the quality of the concrete mixing efficiency.

In the process of concrete mixer production, in order to achieve mixing drum rotational speed, the variable displacement pump is used to drive the stirring cylinder movement requirements of the hydraulic motor and the drain quantity control unit, the hydraulic motor and variable displacement pump through oil path the connection with the speed set on the oil passage regulating hydraulic motor valves, inlet and outlet, respectively, and the variable pump connected to the outlet and being connected to said intake port.

For the concrete mixer in production, the speed adjusting valve inlet and outlet valve, a drain oil passage by the amount of the amount of the drain are connected to the control unit and the control unit is connected, the speed control valve is capable of inlet and outlet pressure difference is greater than the first preset value, which controls the variable displacement pump, the amount is reduced.
