Concrete mixing plant running conditions

The ultimate goal of haomei ready mixed concrete batching plant is to produce qualified concrete, so that we need to be fully prepared to deal with the concrete work before the concrete mixing plant. And here are some conditions for commercial concrete batching plant to run well during the working time:

1, before mixing concrete, concrete mixing machine should be running for few minutes without materials and make water out of machine to keep it clean. We also need to make sure the drum should be wet and reduce the stones for the first time when we use to make concrete. Because there are some stones lefts on the inside wall of drum.

2. Make sure that concrete should be out of machine totally. And it is prohibited for concrete to enter and output at the same time.

3. Keep a good condition for water-cement and slump, and the checking operator can not change the ratio without testing results.
