Cement silo dust affecting factors

1. Pressure loss and cleaning cycles. Inlet concentration increased, the same filter area fouling fast speed, pressure loss increases, the result is forced to increase the number of cleaning.

2. Bag and box wear. In the case of strong abrasive dust, the amount of wear and dust can be considered proportional to the concentration.

3. Advance whether the necessary dust. Dust is dust in advance before the entrance to an additional level of dust removal equipment, also known as pre-dust.

4. Rows of gray ash capacity device. Ash means the ability to be able to discharge all should accept whichever dust concentration multiplied by an amount equal to the inlet air volume.
